[Such Sights] Dellamorte Dellamore

This month, UNH traveled to Buffalora, Italy to explore the curious, convoluted, and metaphysical world of horrody comma Dellamorte Dellamore (1994). In addition to touching on Tiziano Sclavi’s work, from which the film was adapted, we also discuss the tangentially connected Dylan Dog: Dead of Night (2011). Join us—just remember, the Engineer is not a bloody engineer. “Death, death, death comes sweeping down, filthy death the leering clown, death on wings, death by surprise, failing evil from worldly eyes, death that spawns as life succumbs, while death and love, two kindred drums, beat the time till judgement day, an actor in a passion play, without beginning, without end, evermore, amen.”
