Hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and managed to get some rest! 2020 was a difficult year, and we hoped to lighten the load with December’s horrody-comma episode on Dead End (2003).
Lin Shaye and Ray Wise lead this wonderfully layered (single location?) film about a dysfunctional family at Christmastime. Driving to his mother-in-law’s, Frank takes a different route for the first time in 20 years, and the family can’t seem to get off the endless, hellish road.
Apologies that the episode is a little late; we were on the road for days and couldn’t find our exit…
