This week on the United Nations of Horror, Lucard and Becky are left alone to man the UNH ship due to numerous technical issues beyond our control caused by the very evil entity of Candyman! That’s right, we’re going to take a look at the classic 1992 film. This horrible ghost feeds on the suffering and poverty of those in the dilapidated Chicago housing project of Cabrini–Green. But what can be his reason? We’ll discuss and find out. We have call-in feedback from Mark on the film and from Matt to discuss the original Clive Barker short story. Meanwhile, our good friend Anthony from TV. Terror takes a look at another horror tv. classic by the name of Alone in the Dark. As always, we’ll discuss what we’ve been watching.
Last but certainly not least, we pay homage to our favorite horror movie podcast, Horror Etc. and what they have meant to us throughout the year. From all of us at here at the United Nations of Horror, thank you so much Horror Etc. You will be very missed.
